offer this type of plan). They offer a 300 minute plan for $30/month
(thats .10 per minute). However you have to purchase every month.

plans, but, they are close to the top of the list and worth comparing.

Liberty Wireless also has a variety of no contract plans available including
an innovative plan which includes unlimited calling to your "top two", a similar
